Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you are not completely satisfied with the organization work we have completed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge.

Service Adjustments

If you need adjustments to the organization systems we have implemented, we offer:

  • Free follow-up consultation within 30 days of service
  • Guidance on maintaining your organized space
  • Minor adjustments to organization systems
  • Additional recommendations for improvement

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service completion
  • Provide specific details about your concerns
  • Allow us the opportunity to address the issues first

Partial or full refunds may be issued if we are unable to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund

Rescheduling

We offer flexible rescheduling options. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours notice. We will work with you to find a new date and time that fits your schedule.

Exceptions

This policy does not cover:

  • Changes in your personal preferences after service completion
  • Damage caused by client or third parties after our service
  • Failure to maintain organization systems as instructed
  • Services provided more than 30 days ago
